Walked in recently for a bite, got a sarcastic treatment from one of the guys that prepared my burger. I asked for tomatoes and he responded "excellent choice"thought the guy was serious until I walked out and saw him laughing at me on way out, nice guy!!!

  • Starbucks Coffee Company, raykaielle (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
what? how is starbucks overpriced, and how's it a place for only preppy people? why would people just go there for no reason other to get a drink? whenever me & my friends go, we just get a drink, and then walk along main street. and whenever i go there, i always see a variety of people.

  • Heritage Corners, ida (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
The place is not called heritage corners. The place in the rectugular is one part of the Heritage Estates. The straight main road is called Heritage Corners Lane. It is from the first house on 16th Ave.

Their prices are a bit high... understandable since they have a store front and FT staff to pay... but they do have a good selection of new and used phones/pdas... also decent technical staff...
  • Sears Outlet Store, Gatekeeper (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
The entire plaza was once called "Markham Place" which led to a lot of confusion. A)Because it's not in Markham but Thornhill, and B)Because it was too similar to Markville Shopping Centre. Thus the name was changed.
  • Old Navy and Toys R Us, Gatekeeper (guest) wrote 19 years ago:
This is not the Bay, this was once Eatons, and has since been converted. The top floor is now Old Navy and Toys R Us, the bottom Floor is Coast Mountain Sports, Shoppers Drug Mart, and a Lingerie Shop (I forget the name now). The Bay is the next large store to the east.
